Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by Mariana Sobol / Sound Holistic LLC, including retreats, events, workshops, and private sessions.

1. Retreats (Multi-day experiences)

- All deposits are non-refundable.  

- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit).  

- Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable.  

- You may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval.

2. Events, Workshops & Sound Baths (Single-day experiences)

- All ticket purchases are non-refundable.  

- If you are unable to attend, you may:

  - Transfer your ticket to another person, OR  

  - Request a credit toward a future event (if requested at least 48 hours in advance)  

- No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for credit or refund.

3. Private Sessions

- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice.  

- Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged in full.

4. Changes by Organizer

If an event or retreat is canceled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered:

- A full refund OR  

- A credit toward a future offering

5. Travel & Personal Expenses

We are not responsible for flights, transportation, accommodation outside the retreat, or other personal costs.
