Liability

By purchasing and participating in this experience, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Liability Waiver and assume full responsibility for my participation.

I understand that this experience may include activities such as breathwork, sound healing, meditation, voice activation, movement, and/or use of equipment (including aerial hammocks where applicable), which may involve physical, emotional, or psychological responses.

I confirm that I am voluntarily participating, am in appropriate physical and mental condition, and will take full responsibility for my well-being. I understand that these services are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

I agree to release and hold harmless Mariana Sobol, Sound Holistic LLC, and all facilitators, collaborators, and venues from any liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation.

I also acknowledge that I am responsible for my personal belongings and that I may opt out of any activity at any time.

Retreat’s Terms and Policies

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by April 30, 2026.

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit is non-refundable. Due to the intimate nature of this retreat, all payments are non-refundable after April 30.

Your spot is only secured once the deposit is received.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior approval.

In the rare case the retreat is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund.
